Seven ways AgriZest makes farm trade fairer, safer and more predictable.
1. Demand-based market linkage
Producers list what they have and when it will be ready. Buyers post what they need. AgriZest compares both sides and proposes matches at a fair, agreed price, so producers are not forced to sell cheap in glut season and buyers are not left short in scarce season.
2. Quantity and quality verification
At delivery, an AgriZest verifier weighs the produce and checks its quality against the agreed grade. The verified weight and quality notes are recorded on the deal. This removes arguments over weight and stops adulterated or short-weight deliveries.
3. Secure payment confirmation
We work escrow-style: the buyer confirms delivery and quality, AgriZest verifies, then payment is released to the producer. In this first version, payment steps are tracked and confirmed manually by the AgriZest team, with a payment reference recorded on each deal.
4. Production cycle monitoring
Producers add their planting dates and expected harvest dates to a simple production calendar. This lets AgriZest and buyers see supply coming months ahead, and plan for the scarce season before it arrives.
5. Transaction and credit history
Each completed deal is added to the producer's permanent, tamper-proof record: volumes delivered, on-time delivery and quality. Over time this record can support access to farm inputs, credit and partnerships.
6. Logistics coordination
On any deal, a producer or buyer can tap "Request logistics". AgriZest connects the delivery with a transport partner. A 3% logistics fee applies only when logistics is requested.
7. Market information
We share what we learn from the market — price trends, supply gaps and seasonal patterns — through The Yield Report, our data-driven agriculture webinar series.
