Technology and trust

Simple, honest records that protect producers and buyers.

Batch records

Every batch of produce and every sale gets a unique batch ID (like AGZ-3F9A21C0B4). Its record holds the crop, verified quantity, quality grade, price, dates and who verified it.

Hashing and the chain

When a record is listed, verified, delivered or completed, our server creates a SHA-256 hash — a digital fingerprint — of the record plus the previous fingerprint for that producer. This links records into a chain.

Tamper-proof

Records are append-only. No user or admin can edit or delete them. If something must be corrected, a new entry is added that points back to the original, so the full history stays visible.

Public chain anchoring (next step)

Each entry has space for an anchor on a public blockchain such as Polygon. This is not switched on yet. Entries currently show “Hashed and recorded”; they will show “Anchored on-chain” only once a real anchor exists.

Check any record yourself

Enter a batch ID or hash to see if it exists, its status, date and fingerprint. No personal or price details are shown.

Verify a record

Why this matters for credit

Each producer builds a Verified Track Record: completed deals, total volume, on-time delivery rate and quality disputes. Because the history can't be quietly changed, it can help producers prove reliability to input suppliers, lenders and partners.
